Upper Sandusky Council Assists at Grand Reception

The reception for Illustrious Grand Master William E. Laughlin, an honorary member of Upper Sandusky Council, was held at the Kalahari Resort in Sandusky on December 5, 2009. A large contingent of Upper Sandusky Companions and their families attended the event with many assisting with it.
