Our 19th annual pancake and sausage day was a huge success, we fed 436 customers in 4 and a half hours, using 125 lbs. of pancake mix; 110 lbs. of Bob Evans sausage; 7 gallons of syrup; 15 gallons of orange juice; and 12 cans of tomato juice, profits thus far total in excess of $2,300.
Our open house also was a success, we started with 400 engraved glasses and only have 100 remaining, not everyone who visited our lodge room took a glass, so we believe more than 300 participated in our open house/anniversary celebration, not bad for a community of less than 8,000.
